Fejlkoden kan findes ved at søge i betalingsgatewayen, hvor man søger på enten ordre nummer eller transaktions nummer. Herefter skal man blot klikke på transaktions nummeret, hvorefter at fejlkoden vil stå på den detaljeret oversigt.
